  : Great location. Nice property. Quite unique. Kitchen well appointed. Condiments a nice touch. Free Parking. Great public transport links.
  : Inconvenient key collection point is a distance from accom, the collection point has no nearby parking to collect or deposit. Awkward car park security staff made exiting locked gates difficult every time, needing to phone a long while before answer, explain point of exit and detail reason for leaving - ridiculous, even if no fault of the property agent.

  : Nice place and location to stay in Dublin, it was a good deal for our family. metro station is 1 min walk step and 20 min from temple neighborhood
  : no free tv channels available on tv when we wanted to just watch tv after a walking day under the rain

  : Curtains werent made to open l assume that was because on the first night projectiles were thrown at the living room window. The oven door didnt close fully so could not use, no internet service on tv and no instructions how to obtain it or any instructions how to use appliances. Box shelf in bedroom fixed at a position where my husband bumped his head 3 times. Agent texed re problems but did not respond until we were dropping off keys in the key box which was not working properly.

  : We really appreciated having a washing machine. A drying rack would be helpful. The expresso machine was a big plus. The shower was small; however, the rainfall shower head was wonderful. The location is good. The tram runs right by the property and straight to O'Connell St where we caught most of our tours. We felt safe at the property as well. It was pretty quiet.
  : The key pick-up is a ridiculous blocks and blocks and blocks away...schleping luggage, getting lost in a foreign country.... Then we did not have a key fob that worked to get us in the building. We had to wait outside for some kind soul to let us in. The apartment manager kept telling us it was the wrong entrance (it wasn't) and sent us on a wild goose chase or we didnt know how to swip the fob and after 3 days decided the previous guests lost the fob and didn't report it. Even had the "handyman" come over and make a video of how to swipe the fob (could have just delivered a fob like he did 3 days later) Would not believe us that it didnt work. Finally, sent us back to get the fob at the pick up place and the code expired. Finally delivered it to the apartment half way through the stay. Unacceptable! Also, one garbage bag and a roll of toilet paper for 4 people and a 6 night stay. Had to buy toilet paper. Towels are older than my deceased grandmother and you get one towel per person. The outside is a mess. Someone had thrown what looked like a milkshake against the glass door. They charge a premium price and should upgrade their customer service and experience or drop their prices. Figure out a different way to pick up keys. Buy some new towels and beds. Clean up the outside. Check and make sure the keys returned are in order before the next guest. Do a deep clean. When there's a problem, get your butt down to the property and fix it.

  : Nice property however the property manager is disgraceful & left our trip with a horrible shadow (I don’t recommend staying here if you are a tourist/unfamiliar with Dublin). We turned up at the property & couldn’t find the keys, so we called looking for some advice (I was told I could call anytime if I needed any help - obviously not). To say she was rude is an understatement. She sent us a Google link to lead us to where the keys were (this link took us to the wrong place) and when I told her I wasn’t from Dublin and wasn’t sure where this actually was, she just said “everyone else manages to find it” “these are the only keys. You have no other option” etc. And instead of telling me how far away things were from one another she said “about 800m” “about 900m” which is obviously unhelpful to a tourist. After wandering around Dublin trying to make sense of things ourselves, we called back and said that unless we get these keys we will be demanding a full refund so that we can book somewhere else and don’t have to sleep on the streets, she called her handyman who came and gave us the keys in about 15 mins (his name was Alisson and he was very lovely). I’m unsure why this couldn’t have been done in the first place. I’m also unsure as to why this ‘property manager’ couldn’t have had this arranged 2 hours prior. Lovely property, just let down by the staff. I do not recommend staying here if you are unfamiliar with Dublin.

  : The big let down was the host, it was a management company. They didn't provide the building name only the street number so we spent ages trying to find the apartment block. They also require you to pick up and drop off the keys miles from the flat in a box drop in a Londis shop. The address they gave for this was an empty shop and we had to leave our taxi and spent an hour trying to find it. We eventually found a convenience store 16 shops away where the drip box was located from the address given to us, which was not a Londis shop. The wifi codes did not work in the flat and we used our data as we had to work. It took 24 hours to get hold of anyone to be told they changed the WiFi a week before and the codes were no longer valid. When we needed hot water we had to find out how to do it ourselves.All of this was unacceptable and could of all been avoided if an information sheet was left in the flat and a better, clearer email sent out when booked.It is a shame because the flat and the location were lovely, but it cost us financially and timewise because they did not provide information that was clear or accurate, which was disappointing and caused us distress.
