  : The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend in Dublin! Great location, it is just down the road from the Guiness factory and a 20 minute walk from Temple Bar. We were able to leave our luggage as we had a late flight which was great!
  : Had trouble with the showers - one barely worked and the other not at all. Some of the rooms felt like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.

  : The location was great in terms of proximity to sights / activities. Getting into and checking out of the property was super simple. No need to visit separate office to collect / drop off keys, everything was handled at the property. Hosts were responsive on WhatsApp which was appreciated.
  : It is evident that the property is lived in and isn't a full time rental. There are several cupboards / drawers which are full of owners belongings and therefore can't be used by guests. This would have been fine if explained clearly online. The property was tidy, but by no means clean. Cushions to benches (lounge + kitchen) are filthy and could do with a wash. There is dust on most horizontal surfaces (other than counters / kitchen table) and there are multiple cobwebs around the property. Kitchen and bathrooms were also not very clean on arrival. Leather sofa is very worn.Several light bulbs were out (blown) on our arrival and we had to call the hosts to come and replace these. There seemed to be an issue with the alarm in the property and the sounder emitted a low whine for our whole stay (6 nights). We raised this, but it wasn't dealt with. Frustrating. No "welcome" / "instruction" manual for the house and systems. This would have been very helpful.

  : The beds were comfy. Good location, very central- 2 mins walk from Guiness visitor centre and also around 15-20 mins walk to O'Connell street and Temple Bar. it was a nice touch as there were coffee capsules left for the Nespresso machine . Also there were many spices , olive oil and other useful stuff in the kitchen. Lots of utensils in the kitchen. Also I really liked the NUXE small shampoos and conditioners. Nice house if you are company of young people, but not for families
  : You need to pay for parking as it is on street parking. It is only free on Sunday. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, first of all, we received two emails confirming that the property will provide to baby cots, as we were 6 adults with two babies- around 2 years old. There were no cots or cribs anywhere in the house, there were no extra sheets or duvets to make up the cots either. We rang few times the number we had. At the end luckily we received two cots around 20:00, but still there were no extra duvets or sheets provided for the kids. We called them and the answer was that we need to bring our own duvets in this case.... we were travelling by plane, so that was not possible of course. Next day we tried to ring 3-4 times the owners or employees of Sweet Inn to ask for extra sheets as it was not comfortable for the kids, we needed to use towels etc. They did not answer their phone or email. Not professional at all , I would say. We were expecting much more. Also the bathrooms were not very clean, there were hairs in the bath tub , around the sink etc....The floor in the living room was dusty...also there was no good pressure of the water in the bathroom on the second floor.. and no cold water in the bathroom on the third floor the first night, not sure why. Overall not too happy with the customer service provided. many things need to be improved. Not very suitable house if you travel with children.
