  : The location & the bistro downstairs were the best parts about the property.
  : The bed frame & mattress were exceedingly uncomfortable in both rooms. The room temperature was also impossible to regulate; it was like a sauna in both rooms. Also very noisy. Also, being unable to drop off our bags before the 4 pm check-in time was not convenient.

  : Great location as close to Temple Bar and tram system. Liked the style of the room. UK and European plug socket. 10% off restaurant meals, although we didn't use it. Fan and heater available in room. Fast response to messages.
  : The room was very small and could have done with a freshen up with paint. Bathroom smelt mouldy and there was mould around shower tray. Bed was very uncomfortable, it was lumpy and noisy and very small, seemed like it was a small double as it didn't fit myself and my partner lying on our backs, so had to sleep on our sides and we're not wide people. The room got very hot and stuffy and although came with a fan the window needed to be open, but the tram and traffic noise was very loud, needless to say we didn't sleep well during our 3 night stay and ended up with sore backs from the bed. Breakfast payable in bar but only open Friday to Sunday. Only 1 cup ad 1 gown in room as though set up for 1 person staying not 2 as booked. Messaged immediately as 2 signs on hangers to say if gown missing 100 charge payable.I notified and then confirmed before travelling that we would arrive between 6pm and 7pm, I received a missed call and a voicemail at 6.20pm whilst getting off the train in Connolly station to say that our reservation would be cancelled unless I called them back immediately to confirm our arrival, considering that I had told them when confirming my stay that my mum had passed away 3 days before, it caused additional unnecessary stress as it was noisy at the station and I didn't see the missed call for 5 minutes, when we arrived and I reiterated that I said we would arrive between 6-7pm (which we did) he told us he was impatient.
